How do I get divorced in Thailand?

There are two routes. If both spouses agree on all terms, an uncontested divorce can be registered at the district office (amphur). If you cannot agree, a contested divorce is filed in court on statutory grounds. We handle property division, child custody, and all documentation either way.

What is the difference between a visa and a work permit?

A visa lets you stay in Thailand; a work permit lets you legally work. They are separate documents and must match each other. Working without a valid work permit — even informally — can lead to fines and deportation. We coordinate both for you.
